1) Delivery methods:
**Courier Charges = RM5 (W'M) RM7 (W'M)**
**Cash on Delivery (COD) available for Puchong area. Agreement between both parties is must. **

Term & Condition for Warranty & Defective Product on Delivery

Warranty of Product

1) Personal Warranty / Defective product Warranty

We would replace new set to you, entitled to be One to One exchange/replace if the item is found faulty within 7 days from the day it shipped out.

Please noted that immediately do testing on the product when receive parcel from us. You are encouraged to send a report a.s.a.p. to us via email / call.

The item is required return to us for verification purpose.

Return item must be full set with accessories, box and manual.

Return item must reach us within 3 days times. (Normal post are not encouraged)

To be handling fairly in the transaction of charges, we will share postage with buyers which buyers bear for the return delivery fees and we bear for the replacement delivery fees.

2) Manufacturer warranty

We provide half year manufacturer warranty.

Buyer would need to bear courier charges for RM 35 which ship to factory.

Any extra processing charges of service fees are absorbed by us.

The transit time for all manufacturer warranty claim would be 3-6 weeks.

Firmware/ Software/ system file corrupted after hot plug or after user format is Not covered by warranty. An RM 50 service fee is applied.

Mp3 player with AAA battery operated are advised to remove battery when player is not in use.

We are not responsible to send warranty for product which not belongs to us for warranty.

If by request, there is a processing charge for RM150 in order to get the item fixed.
